Purpose of the service

DealGo is a free digital platform that gathers promotional catalogs, flyers, deals and store information published by retailers operating in Dubai and the United Arab Emirates, so that shoppers can browse offers, compare prices, build a shopping list and receive alerts. Advertisers (retailers and brands) may publish content and purchase visibility products through the Advertiser portal.

Intellectual property

The structure, design, texts, logos, source code, databases and graphic elements of DealGo are the exclusive property of SARL DEALRUN and are protected by French and international intellectual-property law. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or extraction, in whole or in part, without prior written consent is prohibited.

Catalogs, product visuals, prices, trademarks and logos displayed on the platform remain the property of the retailers and brands concerned. They are reproduced for information purposes only, either at the request of the advertiser or from publicly available sources. Any rights holder who wishes a content to be corrected or removed may write to dealgo.ae@gmail.com; the request will be processed within 72 hours.

Liability

Prices, availability, validity dates and store opening hours are supplied by retailers or extracted automatically (OCR, artificial intelligence) from their published documents. Despite our care, errors or delays may occur. Information published on DealGo is provided for guidance only and does not constitute a contractual offer: only the price displayed in store is binding. SARL DEALRUN cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the information available on the platform.

DealGo contains links to third-party websites over which SARL DEALRUN has no control and for whose content it accepts no responsibility.

Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by French law. In the absence of an amicable settlement, any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Saint-Denis de La Réunion, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules applicable in the user's country of residence.
