Terms of use

1. Access to the Service

The Service is available free of charge to any user with Internet access. Creating an account is optional and allows you to save favourite stores, synchronise your shopping list and receive alerts. SARL DEALRUN may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time without notice, in particular for maintenance.

2. User account

You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for any activity carried out under your account. SARL DEALRUN may suspend or delete an account in the event of a breach of these terms. You can delete your account at any time by writing to dealgo.ae@gmail.com.

3. Content published on the Service

Catalogs, deals, prices, opening hours and DealGo Live event content are provided by retailers or generated from their documents by automated tools (optical character recognition, price matching, AI assistant). They are indicative only. Before travelling to a store, we invite you to check the offer directly with the retailer. Offers are subject to available stock and to the retailer's own conditions.

The AI assistant provides general information based on the catalogs available on the platform; its answers may contain inaccuracies and do not constitute professional advice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: extract or reuse substantial parts of the database (scraping) without authorisation; disrupt the Service or attempt unauthorised access; publish unlawful, misleading or infringing content; impersonate a retailer or another user; use the Service for any commercial purpose other than through the Advertiser portal.

5. Advertisers

Retailers and brands may open an Advertiser account to publish catalogs and purchase visibility products (publication, featuring, banners, site skin, DealGo Live products, monthly or yearly plans). Prices are shown in US dollars excluding VAT; applicable taxes are added at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Each order is reviewed by the DealGo team before going live; a rejected order is refunded in full. Once published, a visibility product is non-refundable, except in the event of a technical failure attributable to SARL DEALRUN.

The advertiser guarantees that it holds all rights to the content it publishes and that prices and offers are accurate and lawful. The advertiser indemnifies SARL DEALRUN against any claim relating to its content. Invoices are made available in the Advertiser portal.

6. Intellectual property

See the Legal notice. Users are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for private purposes. Sharing a catalog or deal using the sharing tools provided is permitted.

7. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. SARL DEALRUN makes every effort to ensure availability and accuracy but gives no guarantee in this respect and shall not be liable for indirect damage, loss of opportunity, or damage resulting from information supplied by third parties, network failures or the user's equipment.

8. Personal data and cookies

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy policy, and the use of cookies and similar technologies in our Cookies policy.

9. Changes to the terms

SARL DEALRUN may update these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on the Service; continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. Consumers residing in the European Union may use the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). Failing an amicable solution, the competent courts of Saint-Denis de La Réunion shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules of the user's country of residence.
